"Borderless" - Ha! I appreciate the thin bezel, but that's definitely overstating their case.
Same for the "only 7.5 mm thick" claim. Check out the side view. Yeah, the top part of the display is really thin (7.5 mm), but the bottom part has a huge bulging band where it attaches to the stand - maybe 3 inches thick in the center though hard to say from photos.
My Dell U2414H is fairly conventional looking (aside for the extremely thin bezels), but I'll take that over this less-than-successful attempt at a fancy design. The Dell also has the benefit of being extremely adjustable in height, tilt, and rotation to portrait. It's not clear when looking at the stand if this Lenovo monitor has any adjustment other than tilt. I'm guessing the monitor is nice enough for something that retails for only $249, but the overstated marketing just irks me.

hehe... We see that alot. I have come to the conclusion that it means "less borders" not "borderless" ... Same as "paperless", "effortless" etc. Either that or its all marketing BS ;)

So how hard is it to jostle the hard drive off the stack (or at least break the connection) in the middle of a write?
