For the most part, RDRAM pricing is still on the fall with some slight price drops among 128MB and 64MB modules, reflecting the increase in Penitum 4 solutions in the market, thus pushing down the price. However, the 256MB RDRAM module has jumped almost 29% in price which is quite large considering the 128 and 64MB modules have come down in price.

The 128MB virtual channel memory module has come down modestly in price whereas the 64MB has stayed the same. PC133 memory has been in flux since our last guide with increases and decreases in pricing. Consider that this week PC133 CAS2 256MB memory actually runs cheaper than its CAS3 counterpart making it a great buy for anyone looking for a higher end upgrade for their system. PC100 SDRAM has increased and decreased with price hikes with the lower end modules and price drops with the higher end modules. Nonetheless SDRAM is still falling in price making now a great time to buy memory.
